Important: Due to the intimate nature of men’s underwear, returns for non-quality issues are not accepted.
Opened / tried-on underwear cannot be resold.

• Photos or videos showing the issue

• Recipient information

We will reply within 1–3 business days.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
Processing time depends on the payment institution (typically 3–15 business days).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Worn, washed, or tried-on underwear

• Missing evidence or incomplete information

• Personal preference issues

• Delivery failure due to wrong address or refusal
